Notes for paper presenters
All the conference rooms are equipped with computers, multimedia projectors and audio facilities. In order to ensure a good timing of the sessions, you are strongly encouraged to use the computers provided. We suggest that you bring your presentation on a flashdisc and/or a CD (another way is to have it in your inbox as an attachment). You are kindly asked to make sure well in advance (i.e. prior to the commencement of your session) that your presentation file works and to upload it on our computer (for instance, during a coffee break). We recommend using Doulos SIL for phonetic fonts if needed in your presentation to avoid any inconveniences.

Notes for poster presenters
Posters should be the standard A0 size, also referred to as ISO A0 (image size 33.1 x 46.8 inches or 84.1 x 118.9 cm), and can be of either vertical or horizontal orientation. The poster displays, sized 88cm X 122 cm, will be set up before the poster session. Each person presenting a poster will be provided with the means to affix their posters to the display board. During the poster session, you will be asked to stand by your poster (for at least a fair amount of the session) as conference participants walk around the displays, read your posters and ask you questions about them.
