Nevertheless, the arguments presented above provide a sufficient basis to decide that the hard drugs are not safe to be legalized. While the decriminalization of soft drugs is acceptable, since there are many proven therapeutic effects, and what is even more important they are not posing a threat to ones health. To conclude, it's necessary to mention that if the decriminalization is to go ahead, there should be a realistic education and prevention measures to reduce demand amongst young people, as well as wide action against trafficers.
