Karen Smith, who is 56 years old now, gives an illustrative example to this. She has noticed that nowadays the employers need workers who are familiar with computers; this forces adults to take computing courses, which, as they admit, is often difficult for them. Therefore, Karen allows Mark, her grandson, to play video games.
