/^t/In the 20th century, modern art seems to have entirely taken the place of the traditional art. Many lovers of the classical way of painting or sculpting are strongly against the new trends. There are, however, a lot of people who appreciate modern art very much. Of course, both within the classical and modern art there are examples of good and bad works. It is easier to appreciate a good work of traditional art, where the artist's skill is visible. In order to find modern art interesting, one needs a vivid imagination, an open mind and, often, some knowledge of the art in general. If a certain work is really good though, it is appreciated no matter if it is modern or traditional.
