/^t/In my essay, I am going to take into consideration only television advertisements because they are commonly widespread and known best. From my point of view, at least half of advertisements on TV is kitsch. They are in poor taste and they simply cheapen the quality of life. Moreover, it may be claimed that some adverts are an insidious form of brainwashing, using the same techniques, such as certain slogans and catch-phrases. I suppose that people who prepare and make such adverts often follow the line of least resistance, for example, adapting western commercials in which only dubbing is changed.
