With a certain scope of vocabulary they have difficulties in expressing their ideas and thoughts clearly in a grammatically correct manner. There are a lot of learners having basic knowledge of English unable to make further progress and to master English. They perceive English as very different from their native tongue, which is well understandable as language is a part of culture - its people, traditions, even modes and thoughts.
