For those deprived of the choice destined to dwell in slums or poor districts of the modern city, life become a curse. Therefore they will not benefit from living in such a 'heaven for the rich'. But those able to decide for themselves who prefer peace and gentle pace of living will opt for a smaller town regardless of all the disadvantages that might result from dwelling there.
