The essentially treating thing is the quality of telecasts for children. Supposedly an average child spends about three hours a day in the front of the screen. Unfortunately, a part of the staff he watches, if not the whole, is not educational (while it pretends to be) and, what is more, often has a harmful influence on forming the personality of young man, due to violence, sex and swear words presented on the screen.
