The reality that is served in those cartoons is undoubtedly 'twisted' and children are not able to make heads or tails out of this, they just see what they want to see and are trying to create a 'wonderful cartoon' world around themselves. The good characters in such stories are the ones that kill and wreak havoc. Moreover, the purpose of their activities is usually vaguely clarified and there are no obvious solutions to the problems. Additionally, when the story finishes it is frequently deprived of any moral that a child could learn from and step by step create his or her hierarchy of values.
