"The landscape of the afterlife in medieval and post-medieval imagination"

The
School of English (Adam Mickiewicz University,
Poznan, Poland) in cooperation with Wyzsza Szkola Filologiczna
in Wroclaw will organise the eighth Medieval English Studies
Symposium in November 2009 (MESS 8).
This year, the symposium
is addressed to medievalists specialising
in literature. The meeting will be open to
everybody, from Poland as well as from abroad, and all
scholars are encouraged to participate!
