Student Identity Card (Student ID) / Legitymacja studencka
Once in the dean's office of our faculty (faculty administration office / dziekanat, Collegium Novum, building B, room 127, Ms. Magdalena Bartosz) you should leave a signed photograph there. Soon afterwards you will receive a student identity card valid till the end of the academic year that will give you a 37% discount for public transport by trains and 50% discount for city buses and street-cars. In order to be able to borrow books from the University Library you need to register in the main library building (38-40 Ratajczaka street). Please bring your student ID, passport and 12 zlotys. The library ID allows you to use freely all the other libraries within the faculty.

Examinations
___________________________________________________________

Before the examination period you need an Examination Card / Karta egzaminacyjna. You can pick it up in the administration office (Ms. Magdalena Bartosz, room 127 B). Please have all your grades and ECTS credits written down in the card and signed by the teachers and bring it to the departmental coordinator. On the basis of the examination card your Transcript of Records will be issued by the coordinator.

Before leaving

At the end of your stay at AMU you will receive your Transcript of Records in the administration office (room 127 B). In order to be able to get your Transcript you need to submit the library confirmation form - a statement from the library that you have returned all the books. You should pick up this form earlier from the same administration office.
